The Alabama Code allows Governor Kay Ivey to issue rewards for information leading to an arrest and conviction for certain unsolved crimes. The specific laws applicable to the issuance of such rewards are set out in Ala. Code § 15-9-1 through § 15-9-4. This page shows a complete list of the rewards offered by Governor Ivey, and all rewards remain open unless otherwise noted. Rewards are not paid until an arrest and conviction of the perpetrator(s) is final. Anyone with information about these cases should contact the district attorney in the county listed in the reward proclamation.
