Governor’s Study Group on Criminal Justice Policy Recommendations and Research

The Governor’s Study Group on Criminal Justice Policy, chaired by Justice Champ Lyons, began meeting in July 2019. Justice Lyons delivered the Study Group’s recommendations to Governor Kay Ivey on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
