Gov. Kay Ivey Presents the Carnegie Hero Award to Andrea Harris

Governor Kay Ivey presented Andrea Harris the Carnegie Hero Award on October 9, 2019 in her office. Harris, a Tuscaloosa native, was selected to receive the award after saving a 7-month-old baby from an overturned, burning car in 2018. (Governor’s Office, Lori Davis Jhons)
