Read more » |  | 5/5/2008 - MONTGOMERY- Governor Bob Riley on Friday joined Alabamians who survived the Holocaust for a Day of Remembrance Ceremony at the State Capitol. The Governor presented a proclamation declaring April 27 through May 4 as Days of Remembrance to Max Herzel of Birmingham, a Holocaust survivor and a member of the Alabama Holocaust Commission.
